ProtTech Analytical LLC. is a contract bioanalytical lab with its
dedication to solve challenging bioanalytical problems and provide high
quality services to pharmaceutical & biotechnology industry and
academia. Our goal is to provide quality data with competitive costs
compared with other peer services. ProtTech Analytical comprises
scientists of broad expertise in analytical chemistry, DMPK, protein
characterization and biochemistry with over 10 years experience in
leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Our philosophy is to
maximally understand and support customers' needs with flexible business
operation. Liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
with various compatible sample preparation techniques are our major
approaches. Our core business is to develop sensitive and rugged
analytical methods for the target drugs and their metabolites in
biological fluids/tissues, quantitatively measure these molecules in
samples generated from studies across all stages of drug discovery and
development. We also support PK/PD studies conducted by academia. One of
our specialties is to develop high throughput assays to measure
biologically active endogenous molecules (e.g. biomarkers) and their
metabolites present in bio-matrices. We have the capability of providing
in-vitro ADME packages for target molecules including all enzymatic
stabilities and metabolite identification.
